We must go to the gym to get fit before summer. But sometimes we don’t have enough willpower or time to get up and do it. The solution to this problem is very simple. Try doing these exercises while sitting in a chair.
This exercise helps to warm up the muscles, because even if our exercise lasts only 5 minutes, we must be prepared.
Exercise techniques:
Sit on the edge of a chair and put your hands on your knees.
Keep your back straight by bending your back and contracting your abs. Your back may touch the back of the chair, but don’t put your weight on it.
Slowly return to the original position.
Do 10-12 repetitions.
